The Waypoint Discipleship Program: Year of 2023-2024

Four young adults are enrolled in Waypoint this year, working at HCBC while studying and being discipled under the leadership team of Michael and Lynn Cacoilo and Kim and Michael Russo. This year-long program not only benefits the participants, but also gives support to the Conference during the busy “off-season.”

Students in Waypoint also work on staff in housekeeping, the dining room, the kitchen, and office areas. They are the smiling faces people see when they attend a retreat, and their cheerful voices are often what you hear when you call the Conference for information. They may be serving you coffee in The Avenue or in the new cafe in the Davis Center. Having these young adults part of Waypoint has also benefited the Conference as gaps in staffing are filled in.

Waypoint is an experience that God uses in many ways to help young adults see His will for their lives.
