Reflective Prayer Retreats

December / January | Dates TBa

Get away alone to seek intimacy with God! It’s good to slow down, thank him for his blessings, and spend time in his word.

These quiet retreats include devotionals, worship, and self-guided reflection to spend quality time in prayer for your family, vocation, ministry, sins, and other areas of life. As you engage in this focus, we pray that God provides for the coming year.

Why attend?

“We need to pray, but feel we don’t have time to… until we do it, then we can’t do without it!” The time you invest in your spiritual life yields eternal dividends. Take some time this winter to escape from the world, rest in creation, and set spiritual goals.

Winter Chill

Youth Retreat

Jan. 8-10, 2027 | Jan. 15-17, 2027

Need a quality winter retreat for your youth group? Winter Chill has speakers and activities pre-planned!

We work with experienced youth pastors to give middle and high school students a meaningful, uplifting experience with Christ. In addition to worship, small groups, and prayer, students have a blast in games and tournaments.

This retreat is for groups, not individuals.

Alumni & Family Weekend

May 8-10, 2026

A weekend retreat for past HCBC staff and their friends and families. Whether you served with us long ago or as recently as last summer, come and revisit old friends, make some new ones, and share stories of serving our great God together.

Youth Leader Summit

May 20-22, 2026

An incredible three days of teaching, worship, and fun for youth pastors, leaders, and staff, and spouses. Get encouraged, equipped, and refreshed!

Designed by youth workers for youth workers, the Summit features seasoned speakers on relevant topics like discipleship, mentoring, strategies, planning, and more.

Bring your team for some of the most practical youth ministry training available! You’ll also worship, plan, and play together, enhance your skills, expand your networks, and get inspired to engage and impact lives.

We intentionally under-program the event and keep pricing affordable so you can block out time to plan, dream, and walk on the beautiful Jersey shore.
